Valerie Pitka brings over 20 years of leadership experience managing complex, high-risk operations within the United States Navy, including oversight of multi-million-dollar programs in mission-critical environments.

She has successfully led and coordinated large-scale initiatives involving cross-functional teams, operational logistics, and resource management exceeding $95 million in value. Her leadership contributed to mission success in overseas contingency operations, where she implemented process improvements, strengthened accountability frameworks, and enhanced operational efficiency.

Ms. Pitka’s performance has been recognized through multiple distinguished honors, including the Joint Service Commendation Medal for meritorious achievement in support of joint operations, and participation in a unit awarded the Presidential Unit Citation for extraordinary heroism and sustained operational excellence.
